The Registrar of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (N&MC) of Ghana, Mr. Felix Nyante accompanied by the Deputy Registrar, Mrs. Philomina Woolley, the Chief Nursing Officer for the region, Madam Catherine Obossu and some senior officers of the Council have paid a working visit to the Nursing and Midwifery Training Schools in Ho, Hohoe and Keta in the Volta Region.

The visit formed part of the Registrar's support supervisory visit to the Region. Addressing a durbar of students and Tutors, Mr. Nyante sensitized the students on the new online examination which is to start in the year 2018. He advised the students to take their studies seriously so as not to disappoint themselves, their family and the country. The Registrar addressing students of NTC, Ho.

He also advised the tutors to always upgrade their knowledge and skills and also serve as role models to the students and society. The Registrar and his team donated twenty branded N&MC bed sheets and pillow cases to the Hohoe Midwifery Training School to be used at the skills laboratory. The Principal of the school, Ms. Narki Doku thanked the Registrar and his team for the donation and assured the team that the bedsheets would be used for the purpose of which it was given to the school.
