The Council has embarked on a five-day sensitization programme in all Post NAC/NAP Midwifery training schools across the nation to educate and create awareness on the online licensing examination for prospective Post NAP/NAC Midwifery Candidates.

Officials from the Council led by Mrs. Philomina Woolley, Deputy Registrar of the Council in charge of Operations also visited the computer labs of the training schools to assess their level of preparedness for the online licensing examination scheduled to be conducted from March 11-13, 2019. The team also identified and assessed the computer labs in other tertiary institutions in the regions which can serve as the examination centers for schools that do not have the standardized computer labs.

According to the Registrar of the Council, Mr. Felix Nyante, the dissemination was to make prospective candidates understand the need for the online examination and to address frequently asked questions before the examination kicked off in March.
